Project Charge

I led influencer sourcing and negotiations, developed creative briefs, managed all creator communications, and oversaw the delivery and finalization of video content. In parallel, I personally created high-performing ad creative designed to drive subscriptions. This project covered end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and content production.
